With over 6 years bar and management experience, I have gained the necessary skills and training required to work at the highest level within an often demanding industry . I have also gained a vast array of skills and qualities that have enabled me to work with a clear focus on quality and speed of service, as well as develop personal and professional goals. I am a confident, proactive and motivated worker with a keen interest in the drinks industry and have received extensive training in wine, cocktails, stock auditing, cellar management, stock ordering, line cleaning, logging goods received, cash handling etc as well as co-ordinating staff members working on delivery days etc

I work well in any team and have a great ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers whilst maintaining a professional decorum. I hold a quensland rsa and also done my Rmlv training

I came over from Scotland in September 14 when the venue manager called and asked me to help get the bar up and running. I came in as bar manager and had the task of training staff and organising the bar to make it more efficient to work on as well as more pleasing the eye for the customer
After a month of being there I took over all back of house , line cleaning , stock ordering , employing bar staff, organising the 2 new bars etc
