A local restaurant located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon, catering mostly to business lunches during daytime hours, and transforming into a lively cocktail bar in the evenings.

Located in the Harris Hotel in the small town of Harris, Saskatchewan, the pub was bought and restored by my parents and I was given the opportunity to get it up and running.

A busy three-story pub and concert venue located in the funky Broadway district of Saskatoon. There was always something going on: local and touring bands every weekend, DJ’s, open-mic night, and a busy burger/beer night. Their sales included mostly draught beer, hi-balls, shooters, and your typical pub food.

• Greeting customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome.

A dive bar located in a shopping mall in Saskatoon with a somewhat questionable base of clientele. Regardless of this, they did manage to draw in quite a crowd for their Friday wing nights and usually Tuesday was also quite happening.
