My name is Maximilian Marschlich. I am twenty years old and was born in Munich, Germany. At the moment I am doing a work and travel year here in Australia. I graduated and finished a Bartender Course at the European Bartender School (EBS) in Sydney. I fit perfectly in the role of a bartender, because I am clever, have a passion for hospitality and have the ability to learn fast. I am good in working with customers and speak fluent and almost accent free English. Within the four weeks at EBS I learned how to make cocktails fast and accurate. I also learned basics in flairing and in the history of alcohol. I am really interested in working as a bartender. I can work every day and I am flexible with working times. I have an actual RSA, RSF and RSG certificate and a certificate from the European Bartender School. I have a Work and Holiday Visa, which allows me to work here for six months and an Australian Bank account. But I think the most important thing is that I have a big smile, love the contact with costumers and am really motivated to be a good bartender.
Qualifications:
• Bartender: In 2014 and 2015 I worked in several bars in Munich. I could earn there a lot of experience in the bar-basics, like producing cocktails or pouring beer.
• Waiter: At the beginning of the year I worked as waiter in a big restaurantcafebar in Munich. I could intense there my abilities in the contact with costumers.
• Delivery-Man for beverages: In 2014 I worked during the summer as delivery-man for a little beverage-shop in Munich, where I had to carry beverages to costumers home.
• Sale-Stuff: In 2013 I worked as sale-stuff for a big bookshop in Munich. I earned there my first abilities in the contact with customers
• Security: I worked this year as security for bigger parties, events and clubs in Munich. I learned there a lot about contact with costumers, especially the friendly and respectful contact with problematic or intoxicated costumers.
• Charity fundraiser: I worked in Melbourne for one Month as charity-fundraiser, where I could train my English.
School:
● I visited a Gymnasaium from 2006 to 2015 when I finished my school with an Abitur. This is comparable with an High school-A-Degree. I learned English for 8 years at school and learned some basic knowledge in France.
