– I am really concerned about the use and abuse that human beings have made of our natural resources. That is why I am really fond of Ecology, Nature Conservancy and Sustainable Development. I have studied at university and read on my own about these subjects.
– I have always been interested in studying and practising English because it is a worldwide spoken language which allows us to be in contact with different people from all over the globe. Knowing how to speak English, and being able to communicate with others enriches people, cultures and opens doors in every aspect of life.
– Because of my work experiences, I have realized that I like providing patrons with Customer Service. Furthermore, I have acquired knowledge in how to help tourists to solve specific issues, as well as how to manage complicated and tense situations.
