Feb 2014- May 2015: Escobar Kitchen & Bar, New Farm

Bar Manager and Assistant Venue Manager in a small customer service based bar/kitchen where responsibilities included organization, co-ordination and launch of the venue and follow-on activations, development of opening and closing procedures, implementation of seasonal cocktail menus, liaising with suppliers, functions co-ordination, nightly till counts and profit analysis.
