Looking for an experienced Head Chef whose expertise in Burgers and larger plate fields are required.

Our mission statement (yeah I know it’s a wanky term) is to provide an exciting alternative to our locals and visitors alike.
We aim to provide delicious food at reasonable prices.
We don’t want to reinvent the wheel – we just want to keep it rolling!

We are happy positive people, albeit slightly crazy and with borderline drinking problems, but we hope you enjoy our food.

A chef who is fast & efficient and can work well with others. Get your imagination flowing , source the produce you want to work with, build relationships with suppliers, lead and coach your team to new heights of achievements.

What you are required to bring to the ‘table’.

  • Solid experience as a Head Chef in a Hotel environment
  • Innovative menu ideas
  • Capable of sourcing local produce and negotiating supplier agreements
  • Proven financial kitchen management skills
  • Menu costing / portion control
  • Proven experience with quality and waste control
  • Proven ability to manage WHS and HACCP
  • Professional leadership skills with a passion for team-development
