What you are required to bring to the ‘table’.
- Solid experience as a Head Chef in a Hotel environment
- Innovative menu ideas
- Capable of sourcing local produce and negotiating supplier agreements
- Proven financial kitchen management skills
- Menu costing / portion control
- Proven experience with quality and waste control
- Proven ability to manage WHS and HACCP
- Professional leadership skills with a passion for team-development
