The Role…
At B.E.D you have an opportunity to work with cutting edge signature cocktail creations. We are currently looking for a Bar Manager that can take control of the day to day operations of our venue and implement a new cocktail menu and training for our venue, maintain the cleanliness, appearance and stock control of the bar in line with your specific daily responsibilities.
An ability to work autonomously is required.
What YOU need…
2 yr. + experience in a high-volume, upmarket bar environment
Bottle recognition of premium alcohol products
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid (NSW) RSA Certificate
Fluency in English
Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
